We recently replaced our HVAC. While here, the company spilled a drink on the carpet - stain will not) pay for professional cleaning (to. Are only required to replace those destroyed, and nothing else to ... Sounds like they are trying, through the exchange of carpets in order to be accepted. We have a difficult case to prove that the whole surface of a substitute for what might happen if demand / sell the place.
Presumably, we try to avoid filing a complaint with your insurance company, since announcing the same policy or increase premiums significantly.
