SCUBA Boat Dive in Catalina? - dive boat

My wife and I wanted to go on a dive boat in Catalina in August. Suggestions? We prefer to ignore the operating system. Cal Dive, then released the same day. Lunch and tanks should be included.

Another note, we are certified divers and experienced open water (although it is already) for a while.
